When you place an order, we want to make sure you get a quality product every time.

For that reason, if there are any issues with the quality of your product, we ask that you take the following steps:

1. Email us with a description of the issue.

2. Attach a photo of the issue so we can partner with our production partner to find a solution.

3. Let us know if you would like a refund or replacement product.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of refunds/replacement requests.

Because we are a made-to-order business, returns and replacements will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
